Would I hang out with Kanye? No. Are his production skills amazing as all hell? Absolutely. Loved this album no matter how much of an ass he makes of himself sometimes...(which is almost all the time)

Are his production skills amazing? they are above average especially for mainstream hip-hop, sometimes reaching "amazing" status. Are his lyrics crap? more often than not.

If there is a reason I didn't mention the lyrics, it's DEFINITELY because I think they're pretty damn bad...he has his moments, but he's no Nas. And as far as his production abilities, I also think he really does grow with each album he puts out, and that's saying a LOT for many modern artists, hip-hop or not.
