Damn. He's got a good voice. He should sing cleans more often.

Wait, I always thought the guy doing vox there (and in their cover of Homesick) was the bassist Grossman.

I really only like a few compositions by them. Wake is the only one I like from their past style. I love the Homesick cover. Their new style is MUCH better IMHO, So Warm a Solitude is really great. TMA-3 is awesome too.

But Despite the fact there are only 2 albums in general I enjoy from start to finish and Rosetta's pieces not being one of them, I have to say that Je N'en Connais Pas la Fin, Renew and Release (but only up until the "The problem with now..." part ends) are the possibly the best compositions I've ever heard. It's so grandeur, so epic, I want them played at my funeral. I wish more post rock would be so beyond anything else.

You strike me as a highly pretentious individual

I LOVE TGS and Wake, but this has more of its own unique sort of vibe when contrasted with the other members of the Cult of Neurisis in the heavier hardcore and shoegaze vibes. It also gets where it wants to go more efficiently too; No more meandering for 13 minutes a la Tement Nosce. Every moment on here seems pretty relevant to the whole.
