I'm tryin' based on the recommendation of a buddy, but I just can't get into this band...as this review points out, I hear some promising ideas on this record but overall I'm pretty underwhelmed with the thing. Does their new on that just came out improve on this at all?

Way better than their 2nd effort. Misha hit a sweet spot with the production. Whether you like the material or not, you really can't deny that this album sounds fucking cool.
