Been listening to Night Diving on repeat earlier this morning. Such a good song to vibe to while watching the sun come up

Man, this equally has some of the moodiest and most beautiful songs in their catalogue. Firebreather, The Arsonist and Digital Sea are awesome! Quite like Night Diving too for an instrumental, kinda wish it had 'some' vocals in the second half though... Doesn't necessarily drag, but it would break the song up nicely. Reckon I could easily bump this rating up over time, it's a bit of a slow burner (mind the pun!)

I feel like Burn the Fleet could totally pass for a Water song with just a tweak or two in production. Also it kind of sounds like Soma by Smashing Pumpkins.

Cannot stop listening to Digital Sea

Digital Sea is amazing! Backdraft, The Flame Deluge, Open Water, Firebreather, and Digital Sea are my favorites

Open Water is a direct ripoff of Helmet's Unsung. The vocals are exactly the same delivery pattern.

Firebreather is one of their greatest achievements.

Yikes the compression on this mix/master is messy. Not many songs I really enjoy, Burn the Fleet and Night Diving stand out. The post-rock / shoegaze parts show promise though, I'm curious to see if and how they built on that sound.

Night Diving just reminds me of the Donkey Kong Country 1 underwater level. (That's a good thing)
