2-4 is one of the best stretches of music I've ever heard

^100% those are the best songs easily. The main reason I have this rated as high as I do. The other three songs all have at least some elements I love too tho

Anesthetize is by far the highlight, one of their best ever songs tbh.

Interesting Artiswar, I think way out of here is the best song on the album.

Glad to see that someone else loves Way Out of Here. Not many people seem to put that as one of their faves

Way Out of Here would come pretty high on my list of worst 00s PT songs tbh

Way Out of Here is around the middle for me. I think the overall structure could’ve been better, but a lot of the individual sections are really good, especially the suspenseful sounding parts with the great bass lines.

The chorus is very flat.

T/t, Anesthetize and Sentimental are my faves on here.

I always liked Sleep Together very much tbh. No love for the incel nice guy track here? Well, I always cringe a bit, but it's a great closer imo.

Tbh I always thought the whole album was super solid, apart from these cringy lyrics

Instrumentally this is probably their most impressive, and I love all the quiet/light sections on here a lot.

Hmm gonna have to disagree about their most impressive instrumentally because lately everything (read as IA and Signify) exists before it

The sound design on this album is incredible and sets the tone so well

Yeah but personally I love IA and Signify more. And Deadwing. And Stupid Dream. And TSMS haha

Always found IA to be insanely overrated, and Deadwing didn’t have the same visceral punch of this record. This and TSMS is their creative peak imo
