Pretentious? Apart from Dance of Eternity, I'd say this is one of their least pretentious albums but fair enough.

Because this is probably one of modern prog metal's Magnum Opus'. Good songwriting, a nice variety, solid concept and clever lyrics...

Yeah, I get where you're coming from. If you don't like this because it's pretentious than you probably won't like the band in general. They definitely don't score subtlety points in the latter half of their career
