Think I'd heard like half of JD back then, and for a shortish while the only Converge songs I liked were Homewrecker and Lonewolves lmao
Then I got into TDEP and then YFM made life easier

Jane Doe was my first and I hated all of it save for the ending of the title track haha. Going from ctts to converge was a stark contrast for me in high school. Kind of forced myself to listen to it a few times to see the appeal. Wasn't until axe to fall came out that I rly began to get into them. ATF is prob the album I'd rec to someone new to converge

i think All We Love is a good album to ease someone in but isnt indicative of what a lot of the others lps sound like, while Axe To Fall strikes a nice balance
