realtalk do you all cook your pork belly full fat or trim that shit?
i used to throw the whole hog on, but then started using a honeyglaze stir fry recipe that is ruthlessly unsympathetic to fat and it takes forever to get it off -_- (should be buying lean steak instead, but belly is slightly cheaper and so...)
