Uh, yes, I kind of cultivated it on purpose, but I didn't left out non prog album, I just listened to more prog lol. I kind of avoided alt rock as an experiment. I wanted to see if I could get rid of the alt rock chart. But it's pretty resilient actually.
And I agree, old prog is generally more interesting than all that Peripherycore stuff
