Ugh, Neeka you’ve got to. It’s such an experience. I traveled from MN to CO to see them on their tour with Modest Mouse and it was amazing! Definitely worth the trip!

Desert's my favourite song on this album, surprised it's not as highly rated by everyone else though I guess it's a bit off-key for BN.



Firmly in the Batter Up being amazing camp though, perfect album closer for me.

i unno, straight clear is always sick, although i've heard that it attracts more dust or some bs like that

anyway i pre-ordered the australia-only white vinyl. just waitin for it to ship since there's no exact date given (just says "ships out in october").

i really believed that kendrick was gonna drop two albums this year and was seriously disappointed so im not optimistic about november 6.

but srsly i dont get why artists wouldnt quickly shut down rumours around fake shit thas clearly supposed to look real. they've gotta know somebody's out there pullin this shit if its not them, and they also gotta know that people are gonna be really let down if nothing comes of the crazy swirl of conspiracy theories and rumours.

seriously tho im hopin if somethin does drop on november 6, it'll be pretty unexpected. live cds and dvds are pretty standard fare for bands goin out (although i dont think it'd make much sense for that shiz to come out before the final tour), so nahhh im hopin those arent gonna materialise yet. new material would rule, but like a finished fight off your demons or revision of devil and god as it was originally intended or something like that would be pretty crazy. bands dont really go back and pick up uncompleted shit (only instance off the top of my head is brian wilson) so that'd be pretty unique and fucking mindblowing.

btw, I saw their new merch (as i was kind of looking for smth material to buy, but other than vinyls) and it pretty much sucks. i am referring only to what is available online as i have no chance to see what they have on the tour, but i seriously hoped that they would release something cool, given all of the cooperation with artists in the past

Yeah I wasn't blown away by the new merch but I still ordered the hoodie. Only other clothing I have by them was the black daisy fox shirt, but that was 8 yrs ago.
