Yeah, it's good don't get me wrong, but what makes it 4.4 top tier good? What makes this better than Think This?

I think it's the fact that it has that slightly progressive, melodic yet also heavy af type of songwriting that Metallica had, basically cloning their MoP/AJFA style very competently with a little of their own touches instead of sounding like a bland copy. To me this is like And Justice For All pt. 2 but with a dash of power metal and Bruce Dickinson wannabe vocals.

I think this is pretty solid but I think their first album and their demo with Baloff are somewhat better.

Pathetic album, if you call this bore-fest a 'classic' thrash than you obviously never heard great thrash before (or you just like plain 'ol boring riffs with very little twists and turns... or melody). For starters, check out Artillery's technical masterpiece 'By Inheritance'.
