Agreed. But I GREATLY prefer the 2006 re-issue, which is a hard hard 5.

Re-Issue is amazing, yeah. I really like this sound too, though - it stands out among their other albums. Both versions rule imo

Pure groove. Remember the first time I heard Straws and when the groove first kicks in, I was just like wtf wow.

I love them both for different reasons, but the true gem of the re-issue is what they did for Nebulous...slowing it down they made it one of the most mighty songs on the whole album, top 2-3 for me hard

Agreed hard on Nebulous Re-Issue being the best improvement ever made to anything ever

5:19 on Nebulous Re-Issue is essentially the brown note.

Okay, I may seriously need to rethink this album's place in the ranking. Spasm is just wrecking me right now. I might have underrated this a bit.

Straws is a very special song. Tbh most Meshuggah makes me want to dance, it's really hard not to move while listening to them.

I like to think when you dance your whole body is headbanging.

That main riff in Nebulous is one of the lowest guitar tunings I've ever heard. I can't think of much music that goes over an octave below standard E
