I love Barca but man, these two guys and to a lesser extent Pedro are just embarassing like that. The ref might not always catch it but it'd be plain as day watching the game back, so they should retroactively book them for that shit and it would stamp it out.



There also should be a rule that if a player is stretchered from the field, they're not allowed back into play for that game. It should only be for serious injuries anyway.



Interestingly enough, Messi is the best player in the world and gets kicked all the time but never buys into that stuff.

In Aussie Rules football, if you get taken off on a stretcher, you have to stay off for a set time (15 or 20 mins I think). You could make that 10 mins in soccer & it'd be a fair compromise.

I agree. And if a player legimately needs a stretcher to leave a field they shouldn't be physically capable of returning within 90 minutes anyway. ^



Pepe's tackle did warrant at least a yellow, but Busquet's last year with Thiago Motta was pretty insulting really.

Also I suprisingly like Mourinho, even though I've never followed any of his teams. He does and says ridiculous stuff and can set his teams up to be really boring in big games but he's tactically clever most of the time, entertaining with his antics at least and wins trophies.
