Radiohead is easily among my personal favorites of all time, and they're pretty deserving of being considered "one of" the greatest and most influential bands of their respective era. Fifty years from now, I guarantee people will still be spinning OKC and Kid A and In Rainbows.

I wouldn’t say they’re one of my absolute FAVORITE bands, but if I were to group all of the bands I love/like, own their discographies and listen to them a decent amount, and place them in three tiers, Radiohead would be in the second tier. First is Deftones, Tool, Alice In Chains, Chevelle etc.
