there's a certain eerie atmosphere to kid a, amnesiac & httt that keep them above rainbows for me. like some sort of electronic messages from hell with the occasional rocker

the production on it sounds so modern and polished and flawless. only a few masterpieces in die 90s (like NIN - Fragile) had that kind of polish. that's why I was wondering. instantly loved all the details but vocals are offputting sometimes
