This would've gotten a 1 if it weren't for Detonation.This Message Edited On 02.06.08

The album certainly doesn't say "1" to me, but obviously it's pretty bad. Every solo was completely pointless...

Dude if i could rate it 0, i would. THIS IS H-O-R-R-I-B-L-E!!! Mettalica 10000000000000 times better, and if i ever doubted Trivium quality, I WAS RIGHT!!!

Right...this album does get boring after a while. The second half is really terrible.

Its a fucking trend to hate on this band. Why other bands that brutally rip off their idols get credit around here beats the hell out of me!

It's not a trend really. The other 2 albums are ok. This one legitimately sucks balls.

I have never understood how it could be bad to sound like metallica. All you haters would surely be hating yourselves too if your bands sounded like a legendary metal band hah hah :D. In my opinion making fun of trivium for sounding like metallica is like making fun of a man for having a million dollars.

First, when did we meet the first time, and second... Making fun of a band for sounding exactly like another band and being pretentious assholes, is 100% different than making fun of someone for having a million dollars.

I mean that if you can me succesful and your music souds like metallica, one of the most legendary bands ever, it - to me is like having a million bucks. If you played in a band like that you would be quite happy, but now you are just dumb. sorry

i dont believe this review,..1????? are you sure you where listening to trivium bro....I think sure it was major step down from ascendancy, but i dont think you should them a 1 simply because matt heafy doesnt find screaming all that appealing.... the song where really good, sure it had a few flaws with e.g some the horrific growling heafy calls singing. but the album had some descen t tracks e.g becoming the dragon.

Ehh, the album has its moments. But given the chance I'll rip into them without a second thought.
