‘Just as Real...’ is such a fun jam. Digging the more metal-orientated influences.

"Digging the more metal-orientated influences." definitely! Religion Of Speed is a perfect example.

Sounds like you guys will be happy to know that the new songs being recorded are heavier, according to the band https://twitter.com/everytimeidie/status/1222703570795008001

Heavier always means better m/
unless is that new "heavy" ppl like to apply to new Norma Jean, Periphery etc...its a bad riffless Heavy...
|
| |
how can it be any heavier, and also $5 says it sounds like the last 5 albums they've done.

This album sounds different from previous ones...

Yeah this album really doesn’t sound that close to From Parts Unknown, which was different to let’s say New Junk. It’s a myth that these guys never change their formula, a pretty perplexing one at that. They have some core elements they keep similar-ish, but don’t most artists?

I think it has something to do with some kind of an ID
:P
I get the point if you're looking for afar and above though...
|

To be fair, I am looking from afar only because I think this band sucks
