uhh there's more distortion on anything if these trees could talk and exxasens have done, the distortion is really light, a lot of people complained about it (not including me)



makes me wonder if you were even listening to this



Perhaps a wrong choice of words. Rosetta have a lot more noise going on in the background, that's a fact. The melodies are hardly ever clean. I was blown away with how awesome "Wake" starts for example. Those lighthearted melodies are straightforward and are essentially what ITTCT and Exxasens use. I'm not sayin Rosetta doesn't have those clear melodies, they are few and far between though.

well this album tries to condense that formula and make it more dynamic. if that's not for you, that's cool. i'd encourage you to try the project mercury split if you like the cleaner melodies since the rosetta songs on that are exactly what you're looking for, and with more space sounds and themes. some of rosetta's best work. :]

Galilean Satellites is slightly better. But this is amazing.



All i want to hear is Ayil. I see Ayil live when they come to Melbourne and ill die happy.
