I wouldn't say this sounds like Gabriel going solo. It's Genesis doing shorter songs, but the music wasn't written by Gabriel, but the other guys.

Like the other Genesis stuff this doesn't blow me away, but needs time to be digested. An interesting album, can't say whether or not it works though

Such a weird album. I don't feel like this has big moments like Firth of Fith or Watcher of the Skies, but it's such a journey. Quite hard to rate this, it will take forever to full absorb it. Feels like a 4 atm

I was WRONG about this album. It's actually excellent, although I'd have a hard time listening to every single song on the album all the way through as I think some are much better than others. Please forgive my previous comment and rating to the mighty Genesis
