Band should play Travels in it's entirety followed by Lost Ground in it's entirety live.

I miss the days when their set consisted of just Travels and Lost Ground tunes. Those were good times...

2.5 average
Defeater Empty Days and Sleepless Nights
Defeater Letters Home
sputnik's definition of horrible
|
| |
Two very lame albums
So rare seeing Defeater threads bumped these days. Been a while.
|
| |
When I first started lurking I remember everyone bumping the sleepless nights threads to say it's fucking terrible all the time

Swee dig, Gwyn

the best dig

I am being obscenely generous with my 2.5's for those albums. 2.5 might stand for "average" but it stands for "poor" in my book

EDASN is awful yea, never bothered listening to their latest one
|
| |
I thought it was good back when it dropped. Haven't listened since though.
This is their best as far as I'm concerned. Not listened in ages though.
|
| |
easily their best, this is a great album. empty days was boring af and i dont even remember the newest
|
| |
I forgot the newest came out the first week it dropped
No one else was talking about it after a coupla days so not the only one apparently.
|
| |
"So they don't close with Cowardice anymore?"
yeah that was the encore
hopefully over time they'll realise that their first two releases are by far superior and adjust their setlist accordingly
Even though they were pretty good I just came out of the show so pissed off

letters home is criminally underrated on here. i love that album. it was a huge step up from edsn in terms of variety of the songs and the production and derek's vocals are both super powerful
|
| |
I disagree for the most part, Letters Home has a few highlights but is more homogenous
