idk. This one has the sharpest art style and clearest composition of all of them. I don't really like the SH art because of the goofy expressions on everyone's faces. Human's cover is definitely well done but it's never stuck out to me in any way

That's exactly why I like it. I like the cheesy B movie horror aesthetic a few Metal albums had.

Human's cover has always been a fave of mine for all genres. The cover compliments the title. The fragility of the human body/life etc. Very simple.

The only two Death shirts I own are the cover of this and Symbolic. Definitely my two favorites for album art.

It's their most "death metal" looking art I think. Leprosy looks like a death/thrash band, and SH looks like pure thrash lol

Best art from Death covers, agreed. Love Spiritual Healing too, though.
Anyway, the artist's name is Ed Repka and he's done...quite a few (notably Death, Megadeth, Evildead ) which is why SH makes you think of thrash albums.
