I'm tired about lyrics of a global event that radically changed how the world operates and has literally killed 1 million Americans and counting

lol drifter im just referring to the twitter logic Odal just used. According to him myself saying pandemic references are played out = me not giving a shit that 1 million people died in USA from covid and that it changed our lives.

I never said you didn't give a shit, I am just saying it's silly to be "tired" of hearing lyrics from a global ongoing event that has radically changed society and affected millions and millions of people. I think artists, especially ones who haven't dropped since before the pandemic, might have a thing or two to say about that

noo but Odal you don't get it, I live my life on the internet and have heard too many covid takes for my liking as a result of that, and Kendrick doesn't seem to be considering that at all when he writes his music

Artists can sing about whatever they want, not all of that will be of interest to everyone

That simple

Not only that but I never really wanted to hear them in the first place... don't think that's much of a hot take either lmao

that being said n95 is most certainly not a covid song, title aside

Welp, amazingly just as much as each artist has every right to express themselves, everyone else has the right to express the way they feel about it

Because 14000 comments in 2 years means you literally spend all day commenting on the internet which you are claiming I must do if I'm bored of pandemic references in music.
