1 year since my best mate had to console me, 1 year since I lost my childhood idol and my all time favourite artist. As I sit here listening to Hunky Dory with the other half, all I can say is thank you for everything Bowie.

In addition to this I've heard Ziggy, Hunky Dory, and Station To Station. Ars recommended Low and "Heroes" to me recently, so I plan to check those two in the next month or so. I figure in addition to those I'll just work through the rest of his 70s material up through Scary Monsters, after that I'm not sure which ones will be worth my time.

Earthling was my first Bowie. After that was trial and error until I watched the 5 Years documentary and that made me listen to the albums that were talked about in chronological order which made the process of listening to Bowie less intimidating and more comprehensive
