who else has seen em in concert here on sputnik? lets swap TMV concert stories! here's mine: it was 2006 and they opened for RHCP when Amputechture had just came out. needless to say, their set surprised me. I was hoping to hear them play some Frances the Mute but they only played 3 songs: 1. Goliath (at the time called Rapid Fire Tollbooth), 2. Viscera Eyes and 3. Day of the Baphomets
then in january 2008, i saw them headline literally two days after they released Bedlam in Goliath so once again their setlist was a lot of new stuff plus a few old goodies like "Cygnus" and "Roulette Dares". I remember being like "who's this drummer that looks like Animal from the Muppets going crazy?" then I found out about Thomas Pridgen.
It would've been cool to see them around the Deloused or Frances era... but its like if you didn't get to see Pink Floyd when they just put out Dark Side of the Moon, but you still got to see them during the Animals or the Wall tour you can't really complain ya know what i mean.
