"if you took the few good tracks from Uno, Dos, and Tres and made a small EP of them and named it something stupid like "The Tres Sessions" you could easily get a 3.5 record out of it. They still have ideas, but not good ones. "

yeah a trilogy at this point in their career was kind of a nightmare to begin with if you ask me

"You're not too bad ya know that"

Trying to change the five year rep I have on here

Little comments like that make it worth it.

Dookie, Kerplunk and Insomniac make my top 3. AI is 4th.

Sorry guys, i just don't see potential in a good comeback album at this point. They've been pretty terrible both on studio and live for some ten years now, i'll still give em a spin if they have stuff coming but hopes aren't high is what i'm saying.

"Nah the remaster came out 2012. Get yourself SoulSeek and download this amazingness. Not only did it suddenly become my fav Green Day album but I bumped my rating from a 4 to a 5. It's like I'm listening to a whole different album"

Any chance you could nab me a link? I can't seem to find it anywhere.

Ok snide, so if you download Soulseek and then create an account and share a folder or two then you can search "green day american idiot remaster" word for word and the only result is the 2012 remaster we are talking about.

Sweet! Checking it out right now.

Also, I'm kinda pissed that the vinyl of my favorite album of all time is 350 dollars - http://www.amazon.com/World-Fire-Black-Veil-Brides/dp/B004ZQBOK0/ref=sr_1_1?s=music&ie=UTF8&qid=1464655064&sr=1-1&keywords=black+veil+brides+set+the+world+on+fire

they've actually been pretty decent live ive heard. despite how annoying billie is onstage sometimes with the whole "I SAY EEEEEEEEOOOOOOH" thing he does in the middle of every song, apparently, they can keep the energy up to make a pretty enjoyable experience. They still know how to perform to a live crowd if anything.

It's exactly that "EEEEEEEEOOOOOOH" part that disgusts me, to the point that i can't stomach 15 minutes of a live show of theirs in one sitting.

90s billie is a pretty cool dude, 00s billie is pretty unbearable from a certain point on.

Haha yeah it's like Billie you play 3/4 minute long 3/4 chord songs stop stretching them out to all be as long as Jesus of Suburbia.

I love 90s green day, but if they came to my town i'd probably never see em now.

If they played kerplunk i'd go. Could do without the hey ho's though.
