Btw, Dev, I hope your reading-skills aren't lacking behind your average elementary school level, but let me repeat once more: "And Dev, you're going to need more than one dubious example if you want to bitch about how I add music to the DB. Considering how much I've added, I'd say you're going to need at least a good dozen to make a statement."

Sure, any album where you couldn't be fucked adding the tracklist. But seeing as how we discussed this issue rather exhaustively before I didn't think you would need a refresher. I guess not.....
|
| |
Really? You're cornering your presumptous idiocy now. 98% of the albums I add are only rated by me and you haven't been adding shit. You realize I can filter through my own adds, right? You've barely touched SHIT on what I've added. Only thing you've done is add a picture onto an album—and I asked you to do this for me, so it doesn't count—redundantly changed Sea Tides' tracklist, changed Florescence to an EP (which was also redundant), and added an extra track on Olafur and Nils' compilation EP (the information wasn't available when I added the tracks the few months before it was released).
|
| |
So when you say this, "Now if only you could extend that knowhow and apply it to actually adding shit properly to the db we can all get along (and no, I'm not talking about tracklists)," it comes off as you desperately trying to find shit to nitpick me (are you getting revenge on me, Dev?).

I'm sorry, are you now complaining that I haven't fixed up your fuckups? That's some solid ground you're screaming from
|
| |
Omg XD You're a manipulative little fucker, aren't ya? See, I knew you were never going at me because you legit thought I was wrong, but because you just don't like me.
No, Dev, I never even wrote anything remotely implying that I wanted you to fix anything. But I'll write in big letters and easy-to-understand words this time so that you don't misinterpret anything:
I am saying that your complaint (you understand this word, right?) about me making mistakes and you having to fix them is not correct, because you have corrected almost nothing of mine and thus do not really know what I have "screwed" up. That said, you have corrected almost nothing of mine, and those corrections weren't even corrections, but additions and redundant changes.
|
| |
Dev, this is why I critqued your review. You're an arrogant know-it-all.

Oh no, I still think I could confuse you with a shoe. Don't worry about that
because you have corrected almost nothing of mine and thus do not really know what I have "screwed" up.
You're right, I don't know what you have added to the site, other than when I happen to see a soundoff of yours on the front page. And for the life of me, I really can't be bothered going through your ratings. And seeing as how I have corrected mistakes you've made (as well as add things you've missed)..... well I'll let you put two and two together

"Now if only you could extend that knowhow and apply it to actually adding shit properly to the db we can all get along (and no, I'm not talking about tracklists),"
"You're right, I don't know what you have added to the site"
If you don't know, then don't act like you do.
And I've already highlighted what you've "corrected" of mine. They're not legit corrections, Dev. You haven't actually corrected anything of mine. Only bitched about the fact that I thought nonvisible tracklists were useless (and please don't start with me on this AGAIN).

They're not legit corrections, Dev.
Yes your dig should totally have been labelled as an LP (and please don't use this as an excuse to reply with "but I already told you why I did that?" because your reasoning is just as redundant and illogical as everything else you've said in this thread)
If you don't know, then don't act like you do.
I know you've been detrimental to this site's push towards a more sophisticated and complete database in the past and you still can't get it right, so I'm essentially just shooting fish in a barrel in regards to you at this point

My reasoning as to why I labelled it as an LP doesn't matter. It can be as nonsensical as you'd like it to be. That still doesn't make the Single an EP. That was my point. That's why I said it didn't matter what it was labelled as. Ergo, YOU'RE NOT WRONG! I never said you were!
"I know you've been detrimental to this site's push towards a more sophisticated and complete database in the past and you still can't get it right, so I'm essentially just shooting fish in a barrel in regards to you at this point"
Dev, I don't even know why you give a flying fuck what I think of the system and its sophistication. I started months ago adding tracklists to the albums I add, so why should you give two fucks what I think of that? Why do you care so much about what I think!?
Btw, this, "you still can't get it right," is complete bullshit. You're like a child with ADHD. PAY ATTENTION! You have no fingers to point at me for this reason! You have no idea what I may miss and what I may not miss. Let's pretend for a second that you had a point, that Florescence should be an LP. You think ONE correction out of the 60 or so artists I've added proves I can't add shit to the database correctly? I mean, really!?
