i had it at a 4 and then i remembered that while i love half of that album, the other half is shit.

I don't like Ride the Lighting that much these days, come to think of it. I might need to re-evaluate that one.

more like half of the songs are good half arent. the title track and dyers eve are amazing, blackened, one and harvester of sorrow are good, to live is to die and frayed ends of sanity are eh and shortest straw and eye of the beholder suck donkey balls.

I always thought Dyers eve was a little, I don't know. "Messy maybe?
Blackened is incredibe, probably the most technical thing they've put out

Blackened is one of the best songs on that album, besides the title track.

and thanks to the guitar hero franchise i never want to hear One again despite it being an ok song.

i cant stand those games any more. i'd rather learn the songs on guitar.
