listening now. synesthesia actually isn't bad, but how is this not repetitive? its literally the same keyboard melody and drum beat for the entire song
inb4 dude its psych you just don't get it

I get that but never really thought of it as a bad repetitive. Repetition isn't always bad, but I guess it's really up to who ever is listening to decide when repetition is bad.

Interesting banter here, love In Absentia-onward but haven't heard any PT made before Lightbulb Sun (they're really hard to find) but I finally found all of them on zip, should I start with their shittiest, Sunday, and just work up to Stupid Dream?

Lol it sure is the shittiest xD it's really not worth hearing why not just start with Up The Downstair? It's fantastic. PT really doesn't have any bad records other than Sunday. They're all worth hearing.

They're hard to find in Massachusetts! Had to track zips down on the internet. Have you ever searched for Sunday of Life online? Took me forever to find it. Maybe PT tried to bury all traces of it given how much it gets ripped on lol

@Emyay Never heard of soulseek, will check it out.
@KILL: I mentioned where I live cause my previous comment was emphasizing how all their pre-IA albums are impossible to find, not just Sunday. I'm guessing they're pretty common around the UK and those areas. And I downloaded the piratebay version but it was missing a few songs so I had to keep looking.
Anyway I'm starting with Sunday I wanna see it's it's as bad as you all say it is

its not missing any songs but ok
and sunday isnt even that bad once you get passed the helium vocals, most dudes just listen once, laugh and turn it off. i slightly prefer it to the incident overall

no no dont pirate them harken to Steve's advice and buy the treble gatefold sleeve cds with 3 booklets and a popup willie bcos it's all great quality and great sounding with absolutely no compression - unless it's the one i paid for which sounds like shit
