The title track and Aeon are the best IMO. This album has just reached my personal top 3 of all time status (with Lateralus and Catch 33). Just started listening to Isis literally about an hour ago aha so I can't judge yet, but I seriously doubt I'll find anything as amazing as Neurosis for a very long time. Closest somewhat recent band I discovered that came remotely close (but not really) is Gojira.
