damn, u guys are edgy as fuck. It's just an alt-rock album, no need to get all elitist by picking the least catchy song as your favorite. It's embarrassing. But I get it, everyone wants to be different. Well, you should stop listening to Radiohead if you wanna be different than the rest of your peers.

Paranoid is trash compared to the best songs

"Are we basing the overrating based on No Surprises being a single? Wouldn't Paranoid Android fall in the same boat?"
Hmm partially and I guess Paranoid gets a little inflated in the same way, but No Surprises is a pretty standard track for this album whereas Paranoid is a slight cut above

Lollll. If you mean Climbing Up The Walls, that song has its fair share of hooks

Paranoid Android interchanges with No Surprises for a top 5 spot for me, when you get down to the nitty gritty, there really isn't a single bad song on this album. But CUTW will and has always been number one to me, it's just so creepy and moody.

"it's just so creepy and moody."
Exactly dude, and if those two qualities aren't on the top tier of things Radiohead do well, then what is?

All about the pop sounds on this. I'd put Airbag, subterranean, let down, no surprises, lucky in my top 5.
Doofus is kinda right about CUTW

Airbag, Paranoid, Let Down, Exit Music, No Surprises are the untouchable songs on this
Rest is all still classic but those five are beyond criticism

Bottom four are electioneering, fitter, climbing and I guess subterranean - that’s the hard pick

My biggest problem with Exit Music is that I was listening to it once and just heard something really strnage with the glitchy voices in the background part. Like it was really poorly mixed or something and felt extremely inorganic. I can't unhear it now and it totally kills my immersion in the song

Rated (because I cba to rank right now):
Airbag: 5/5
Paranoid Android: 5/5
Subterranean: 4.5/5
Exit Music: 5.5/5
Let Down: 6/5
Karma Police: 5/5
Fitter Happier: I don’t really know how to rate this as a “song” but conceptually and in context it’s a 5/5
Electioneering: 4.5/5
Climbing Up the Walls: 5/5
No Surprises: 5/5
Lucky: 4.5/5
The Tourist: 5/5
I mean when you’ve got track ratings like that ranking is kind of a futile exercise. I mean even the songs that aren’t 5s are 5s on a good day.

Honestly this album and just a few others are in such a league of their own that they make me want to demote most of my other 5s
