Yeah it's hard to compare (at least objectively) but I can say for certain that I personally prefer the first 6 Ozzy-era albums to H&H.

For me, the first three are certainly better than heaven and hell but then its close with the rest, that album is extremely good.

Not sure if I like Master of Reality more than this or not

Master of Reality has better riffing (though this has better solos) and the more doom-y atmosphere is a plus, but there's something about the way it's produced that ticks me off, it makes it feel a little homogenous and it sounds kinda flat, while this sounds slicker but also pretty raw (Also Planet Caravan is b-u-t-ful)
Right now I think I probably like this just slightly more
