Dying star is the worst track they’ve done.. mark’s fault actually since he took credit for coming up with it. He should stick with his strengths and play like his older style of jams.

I'd maybe like it if it was half the length. It just plods on for what feels like forever, when the opening 2-3 tracks just breeze by comparatively.

Sometimes i think the P3 slander is so strong that I want to write my own review of it here. But there's already a review that says 90% of what I would say, although I'd proooobably meander on a little more about the relatable lyrical content.

P3's got some of my most coveted lyrical motifs in their whole discog, only really matched by a few tracks in between. I think what's not clicking here is that I'm not really getting that memorable lyrical hook outside Zagreus and a couple others. Wax Wings sounds like it'd benefit from a different idea entirely instead of meandering about machines, that's what's keeping it from going over the edge for me.

Still Periphery so still pretty much guaranteed a 4 for me at this stage but yeah.

I come to like. 90% of the music I listen to for a good vibe instrumentally that fits with the vocal performance/lyrical content I like most, the other 10% is instrumental / in a foreign language.

P3 slaps but Catch Fire is an abomimation.
