didn't jam it but the singles were alright i guess, ain't RHCP without froosh or hillel though so have no real interest in jamming it in full

Well One Hot Minute was great without them. Novarro is just as entertaining as Frusciante and Hillel in my opinion.

yeah hot minute was good but it was more just because the band was still in their prime at that point, they wanted to keep making music cuz they really loved and weren't essentially just a cash cow. and Dave is a great guitarist but he's no Froosh imo.
IWY sucked cuz it had like no passion, well that's what I imagine anyways.

The Peppers were always about Kiedis and Flea imo. Guitarists came and went, but it was the chemistry what really mattered, rather than who played guitar.
