true, but that record has 3 of the band's best tracks - Skin Ticket, Gently, New Abortion (far as I tucked that lil decade-old opinion away and remember anyway). biggest reason why nu-metal sucked for me were the damn lyrics, I couldn't care what they whined about. people equal shit? sure, long as the music behind that is mind-numbingly bouncy fun.
