The production is terrible. The way they arranged the the "drums" especially (claps lol), the track never really picks up. The feel of the song stays the same as the opening bars. The bass kicks in after the first chorus, but the nothing else really does. A very flaccid payoff. It's jarring.
Ppl have gripes with the production of this album in general, but I think the only case of genuine terrible production is that song.

yeah that guitar tone sounds like a 12 y/o scraping day old toothpaste smears out of the sink and the hooks are weak I cannot remember them. if I wanted radio butt rock I'd listen to Mastodon thank you
