wait when was Tool confirmed for Aug 30? Maybe I'm so conditioned to take Tool release dates as jokes that it went in one ear and right out the other

Faith is absolutely beautiful, wonderful blend of this record and those that came before it.

""Recording over a long time at April Base in Wisconsin but finishing at Sonic Ranch in Texas allowed us to feel confident, comfortable, and completely free of distraction. The sense of community around the record grew through honest, generous inspiration within the group of artists involved in the creative process of the record. The thirteen new songs on i,i complete a cycle: from the winter of For Emma, Forever Agocame the frenetic spring of Bon Iver, Bon Iver, and the unhinged summer of 22, A Million. Now, fall arrives early with i,i.""

sounds like the last Bon Iver album to me, at least for awhile

Had forgotten a new record is coming out. Interesting to see where he goes with that one as I didn't connect with this one at all

Hey, Ma was great.

U (Man Like) was atrocious.

Jelmore was just confusing and bad.

Faith is gorgeous.

Such a weird mix bag of song, I hope they come together more on the album.

neither of those "bad" songs were nearly as bad as you make them out to be, come on now. They're decent at worst
