Depends what you're looking for but its the perfect synthesis between Radiohead and the orchestra on the album - I think there are more conventionally appealing songs but it's a top tier tune, all the last four are

More appealing sure but Tinker has the most depth imo, it's the only song on here (with maaaybe Ful Stop) that sounds completely new for them and yet it's still basically Climbing up the Walls + strings

I still believe this album has a unique sound and atmosphere among their work - I really didn't need Radiohead to innovate beyond that

agreed, this has a very strong identity sonically and lyrically, even if the music itself isn't revolutionary

Tinker might be the least appealing track for me at this point. Pretty listless to me, but I'll give it some more attention.

Actually really love the instrumentals in Tinker Tailor. Can't figure out if this is 3.5 or 4.

True love waits is easily the prettiest song the band has ever done. Although last flowers comes pretty fucking close

Just checked last flowers, so nice. Is the In Rainbows 2nd disc worth a listen?

Excellent review, loved this album btw. Now I have to go back through their entire discography to settle on my ratings. It's been a while since I jammed their records, all except Kid A.
