Damn look at all these 5’s. I’m doing a DT discography run right now, and what made me bump it to 5 was that I never realized it’s 1hr14min long. It doesn’t FEEL long, which is a testament to how great it is.

It's partly because the album is pretty perfectly sequenced, each song is essential and flows smoothly. I've thought about it this way for a while:
Tracks 1-3: The setup, the "singles", introduces you to what the album has to offer
Tracks 4-6: The first serious suite of songs, Erotomania acts as an overture reset for the album, with Voices being the album's act 1 centerpiece and The Silent Man as a palette cleanser, closing the album's first half
Tracks 7-9: The rising action to the album's final act, The Mirror/Lie brings back the heaviness and hits like a truck, with Lifting Shadows giving you room to breathe before...
Tracks 10-11: The climax of the album with Scarred, and leaving things off melancholically with Space Dye Vest
