Yeah i remember that one. This is such a bad era for green day, i wish they still had a kerplunk or an insomniac in them to put out but at this point that's just a dream.

Insomniac was uber-dazzling tbh.

i wish green day were more judged nowadays by what they made from 1990-2004 than their recent music, cos they have 8 (if you count shenanigans) really solid albums).

21cb isnt even that bad. or at least, not offensively bad.

I don't know, I never thought they were ever that good. Being inducted into the Rock & Roll Hall of Fame before The Smiths was honestly the last nail in the coffin for me.

I just wish bands like Green Day broke up already. I mean they've already made classics like this and Dookie, what more reason do they need to still exist? Odds are they won't be like Weezer and have a great comeback album, so why not just give up? Same with Blink.

Lol 21stCB isn't offensively bad it's just very average. And I still think they can come back and make a decent album.

Eh I think they're capable of doing a good comeback record but a lot of times it feels like they're not even trying. Like the trilogy was just so fucking awful. If the world was a perfect place every artist could have a great final album like Bowie and Queen did, no matter how shitty all the middle records were.

billie has developed a superiority complex and an ego large enough to have its own gravitational pull, if a song like Kill the Dj is of any indication, the man really thinks the flat pop rock garbage theyre pumping out is actually the right path for rock music. blegh.

Dookie isn't anywhere near as ambitious nor charged as this; but it's still their second best.

Nimrod ftw

Seeing that each of their four bad albums carry at least one solid track I really hope they can pull something together. I still consider them my favorite band due to all the respect I have for their influence on my passion for music (I have a whole list on it). But I'm expecting more disappointment

if you took the few good tracks from Uno, Dos, and Tres and made a small EP of them and named it something stupid like "The Tres Sessions" you could easily get a 3.5 record out of it. They still have ideas, but not good ones.
