I give this album a 2.5 because I don't think it's bad. It's ok, just not really that great. I think that's fair enough.

Is a good album, sadly it's feels more than a tribute to the prog bands of the 70's than an Opeth album. Not their best effort but it has good things.

I think that has come through in all of their albums since MAYH. Seems to me like Akerfeldt has always paid tribute to 70's prog instead of doing something completely original. Either way, still good.
