I dunno, between the new Tallest Man record and Father John Misty, I've got a tough one for my favourite album so far.

It's such minuscule comparison though. =P
I don't actually plan to hold one album on a higher regard then another, it's just fun banter, not
planning on taking whatever I decide I like more to any further standard.
If your logic was the case with everything, we wouldn't have a favourite of anything. (IE. Why
chicken over steak if I like both? Because I prefer one over the other) It's sometimes fun to poke
at
your own opinion. At least I find it is.
I compare and contrast albums because it's healthy to do so. When you compete, even in such mild
comparison, you tend to then truly find why you like listening to one record over another and in
that instance, you can learn something new about what you like to hear in music.
