The only time I do bonus tracks are if they are somehow improve the flow of an album. For example I think the three bonus tracks on the reissue of Projector are pretty great and increase my enjoyment of the album as a whole. Usually though bonus tracks are a b side or a cover that doesn’t add anything of value being tacked on to the end
