The first half of the record is so good though, especially the first 3 songs m/

Crest has some of my favorite guitar interplay ever, idk what people are bothered by. Hand of Stone is a little straightforward but has a great, unusual rollicking feel to it and a big payoff. Mortal S...you know what, either you like threse or you don't. *shrug*

yeah crest is a highlight of their whole discography, not just this record, imo
but this does go on a little long, i think if hand of stone, siberian divide, and hunters of the sky were cut, it would be essentially flawless
and i am shocked and disturbed to hear that opinion on this mortal soil bigpleb, that track is a banger
