So what do you guys think about We Cry Together?

I saw some reviews saying it's the worst song on here

> It’s just that he probably could have easily illustrated some of the finer details of that narrative without boosting the career of a rapist or dropping 47 f bombs

truth

> I think that Kodak's inclusion on the album works twofold, first being a reverse image of what Kendrick is trying to be, and a reminder of what was (toxic, abusive perhaps, misogynistic), and second an anchor to his thought that the cycle of violence affects all.

stretch n yikes if so

I'm just speculating here Phero, however I would accept this as a buzzing contradiction. If we wish to find cpntradicitons, we can find them anywhere

someone as popular as Kendrick naming a song after Silent Hill is just amazing. He definitely rocks for that.

this album's a mess especially considering how conceptually and musically tight gkmc and tpab are. some definite highlights tho

no offence, but this is a braindead pseudo-philosophical observation that isnt even remotely true

Jamming the album minus we cry together currently for the first time. Obv stated my opinion many times on we cry together but I've found rich spirit doesn't flow into purple hearts very well. Has to be something in between. May try rich interlude between rich spirit and purple hearts next listen.

I'm trying to like this!

Also shame its kodak on rich interlude cause it is kinda fun and I think adds to the album. Like someone mentioned earlier, Denzel woulda been perfect there

I like it. One of the few songs I like.

Okay I bumped my rating again. Starting to really really dig the stuff I like even if there's some bottom tier-Kendrick mixed in.
