AIC>Soundgarden>Pearl Jam>Nirvana.
But I like the first three quite a bit. Nirvana is ok but I really like In Utero. Would have been interesting to see what came next. They may have really blossomed.

SG > AIC >/= STP > PJ >>>>>>> nirvana

Respectable ranking. STP would be in between PJ and Nirvana for me. the back half of STP’s catalogue is just so lethargic, bland and mediocre. Really only their first three albums are great, and No 4 is decent.

Sorry Nirvana shits all over PJ imo. I can’t fucking stand that band. Eddie Vedder has the most obnoxious overly dramatic voice

I think they’re at least better than Pearl Jam but yeah I think Soundgarden and Alice are in a league of their own with Nirvana not far behind. StP has a couple of good albums with a single here and there that are alright. Pearl Jam has Ten which I actually kinda dig, but the rest is pretty hit and miss. I will say that Mike McCready is a damn fine guitarist though.
