this is one i never got to. how does it compare to language?

darker than language but more cohesive, conceptually. still proggy and heavy but it's more dialed back in favor of more solemn motifs and themes of addiction and regret. damn album makes me cry every time. album is essentially a letter from Lessard to a friend who slipped into substance abuse after their mother passed and ended up succumbing to it.

damn that's heavy. sound great, i'll check this out soon. love language and especially exoplanet.

really give it a shot futures. at least until the closer. Monochrome (Pensive) is easily the most sobering and beautiful song I've ever heard from this band.

Language is more for the proggy enjoyers, and is pretty positive in tone, while this feels deeper and darker, yet also more subtle
Anyway they should really come back

Expectations for a new release is gonna be so high, doubt they can come back without disappointing the fans.

yeah this. I don't have much faith in what they do next but I would still give it an honest try.
