Ehhhh I wouldn't agree with all that, but I don't understand rating this low. Pretty essential stuff for me.

if i gave this a 4.5 i would have to turn a lot of 4.5 into 5s and thats not something i can justify to myself

This sits comfortably at a 4.5 but there's a whole lotta nostalgia with this one. This was the first melodic death metal album I was introduced to growing up and it got me into a ton of music. Most days I prefer Terminal Spirit Disease to this though..

"This is at the same level of the best releases of in flames dark tranquility and unleashed"
Yeah probably. I think the best IF and DT work are better than this in certain ways and worse in others, but like I said last page this album has had a longer lasting influence than The Gallery or Jester Race.

That solo on cold makes it lose points tbh

"You're 16 dude, fuck outta here"

Not sure you have much room to talk, half your comments are calling people kids and posers/ asserting your false metal superiority.

Yeah I Could've accurately guessed Myst's age from his last couple of comments alone, the last one being a damn strong case of the pot and the black kettle
