I read that article this morning. the band posted the link to their facebook. I'm glad they're moving away from deathcore. I also found it interesting how they described their song writing methods.

"We used to play tuned down extremely low, which we aren’t too fond of anymore. That’s why we switched to 7-strings. We take the seventh string and we tune down a half step — the tuning from low to high would be A#, D#, G#, C#, F, A#, D#. So it’s like having a 6-string tuned down really low with an extra high string."

Yeah its going to be really interesting to see how their sound changes without the really low tuning and deathcore
