I also have to disagree... So Far plays in another league for me and is definitely among my top 5 Megadeth albums. Dialectic Chaos is one of my favorite openers ever though, same goes for Lungs Of Hell.

This is way more consistent than any of the previous albums or anything that has come after it. There are definitely some better songs on the first four releases, but none of the full albums are as consistently good as this one.

rust in peace is pretty much perfect all the way through the only one i see people not diggin is dawn patrol but its like 2 mins long and has a sweet ass bass riff, this is very consistent but its at a much lower lvl of quality than rip

I'm not a fan of Take No Prisoners and (*deep breath*) Hanger 18 goes on way too long. Agreed about the quality though; RIP reaches a whole different level.

I actually really like Dawn Patrol from that album. I also like Holy Wars and Hangar 18, of course, plus Lucretia. Take No Prisoners, Tornado Of Souls and Five Magics are pretty cool, but not awesome.



Poison was the Cure and Rust in Peace aren't good at all.

DUDE take no prisoners is like thrash defined holy fuck those verses make me crazy and those tech riffs and that bass solo break its like a perfect song, TAKE NO SHIT



and yea the hangar 18 solos are excessive as fuck but its part of the charm!
