Why?
This one always bores me after the first few songs for some reason, and TSoP just seems like a Control Denied album with Chuck on vox. Not that that's a bad thing, but TSoP just doesn't sound like Death to me.

I mean I respect this for its influence, but it's mind blowing how much better Death got immediately after this.

Maybe try jamming it loud as fuck and not thinking about the influence, just enjoy the more primitive sound. It's a much different experience to the rest of their catalogue and has to be approached as such, imo.

idk leprosy is just a better version of this, so if you love leprosy i'm not sure how you wouldn't dig the heck out of this too
